Your personalised action plan will map out how we will transform your health and wellbeing based on your individual health history, health status, your lifestyle and your day-to-day schedule. Typically over 12 weeks, we’ll adopt a prioritised step-by-step approach so as not to overwhelm your busy schedule. We’ll give you time to adapt, overcome obstacles, see results, and pick up the knowledge to be self-sufficient at the end of the programme.

  • A personalised plan which fits your goals, lifestyle and schedule.  The plan will evolve each week as priority aims and actions are met
  • Weekly one-to-one coaching ‘check-in’ sessions.  Progress is tracked across agreed measures
  • Stress and sleep management tools
