I’m 35 years old. Exercise regularly and relatively healthy. Although I always go through cycles throughout the year where my weight fluctuates, and so does my diet. I wasn’t sure how to maintain a balanced diet and lifestyle without resenting it. This is what prompted me to reach out to Andy. His advice and regular meetings throughout a 3-month period have been hugely beneficial to me. I now have the knowledge to continue on the healthy lifestyle I am now on. I wasn’t aware of how far behind my 5 a day I was until we started tracking it. I am now on top of this and feel so much better for it, mentally and physically.
